The guys at Rapid Dry came out and did a great job assessing and drying out a very wet basement from a recent installation issue. Very professional and extremely communicative, which was greatly appreciated, as we're selling the home and needed to know what we were looking at on a daily basis. I hope I never have to use a restoration service again in the future, but if I do, I will be calling them.

Let's face it...when you call these guys it will likely be under less than ideal circumstances, but Rapid Dry did a great job making a bad situation less painful. They were responsive, thoughtful in their approach to remediation and restoration, and their prices were good given the circumstances and competitive bids.
Larry took a lot of time to explore options with us, explain the pros and cons of all options, pricing and approaches, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. We will definitely use them again should we need any sort of water damage remediation or restoration, and we will probably call them for most general contracting needs as well.

We had a 55 gallon fish tank leak while we were at work. The water spread from our dining room to our kitchen and laundry room. My husband happened to be traveling that day. In a panic I randomly called Rapid Dry. Larry detected the panic in my voice and offered to come over (its 6pm at this point) to access the damages and he def put my mind at ease. Considering the extent of damage, Larry and his team made the demo, restoration and rebuild process as seamless and comfortable as possible. They showed up when they said they would, communication was clear and consistent, their subs were wonderful and top notch in workmanship. I would recommend Rapid Dry without hesitation. We had a water pipe break in the wall of our finished basement. Once we discovered the wet floors (carpet and tile) we began searching for help. I found Rapid Dry on line and was impressed by positive reviews. Larry returned my call almost immediately and analyzed the situation. He explained in detail how they would proceed. I was very impressed by his knowledge and reassurance! He and Wesley were here within the hour! With minimal disruption, they identified the leak, set up fans and dehumidifier and began the cleanup. They were extremely pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Luckily, the damage was less than we anticipated (and so was the bill!). I would not hesitate to recommend Rapid Dry Restoration to anyone! They were amazing!
